	We look for your product in the specific Asian market zone where there is the greater specialization in its production, we filter the information according to certain basic criteria (nature of the business, production capacity, etc.) and we give you the major suppliers which can meet your requirements..

We establish initial contact with several pre-selected suppliers who request product information (quotes, samples and other relevant).

With the quality assessing of the product by the customer, we investigate additional requirements such as maintenance service and product warranties, we visited the factory and there we elaborate a document with the technical information of the production and legality of the supplier.

We negotiate points such as: price, availability, delivery schedule and other topics relevant to the customer. We closed the deal if possible by establishing Service Level Agreement (SLA's).

We set a schedule with the supplier for delivery and payment of the product or service, based on the terms of the contract.

After the production we make a final check of the product and its subsequent delivery to the port where will receive the contracted customs agency.

By confirming the results obtained by the client, we evaluate the process to make appropriate adjustments (if necessary) and we get ready for the next order.
